Dietary Restrictions & Allergies We Are Unable to Accommodate
Due to the nature of our Omakase menu, which is carefully curated and prepared in advance, we regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with the following dietary restrictions or allergies:
Allergy to soy sauce or requests for a completely gluten-free diet
Allergy to vinegar
Allergy to citrus fruits (including yuzu, lemon, etc.)
Guests following a strict vegetarian or vegan diet
Guests who do not consume fish
Guests who are unable to consume raw food
Guests who do not consume rice
Allergy to all types of seafood
