The journey begins with the purity of Mozuku Kani Saphie, Tairagai sashimi, and the clean, refined flavors of Ishigakidai. It then unfolds into deeper layers with Kinmedai, Hotate & Caviar, seasonal Kawahagi, and the bold interplay of Masaba & Shark Fin.
