For two exclusive nights — November 8 & 9, guests will experience a one-of-a-kind dining journey featuring Cà Mau crab, Hokkaido Kegani, Japanese abalone, Wagyu A5 tongue, and fresh Sujiko roe — all transformed into the most refined seasonal creations. Each course unfolds as a chapter of dialogue, where Omakase and Izakaya harmonize through technique, emotion, and a deep reverence for ingredients.
The entire experience is elevated by a bespoke sake pairing from Mùa Craft Sake, bridging the flavors of Japan and Vietnam through layers of brightness, depth, and quiet complexity.
